Placement fee covers the search for an employer
and additional information to prepare you before
coming to Canada. You will be the one to pay for
fees at the embassy, plane ticket and other fees
required in processing your passport and working
visa.
Additional information may be sent depending on
the needs of employer.
During the first 6 months, caregivers will
receive regular phone calls from A Helping Hand to
ensure there is happiness for the nanny as well as
the employer. One week training will be provided to
the nanny to ensure a positive transition.
A Helping Hand will guarantee each caregiver a
one year placement, at the end of the one year
contract the caregiver is responsible to look for a
new employer before the end of the contract if your
current employer does not wish to keep you on.
Reports regarding abuse and other problems should be
made to A Helping Hand immediately. A Helping Hand
will assist you in every way possible.
If necessary there is a payment plan available
to applying nannies that do not have placement fee
when hired, the terms and conditions will be
available for those who apply and are hired.
